Lunch & Learn

Feeding Your Mind
in the time it takes to eat lunch!

These courses are specifically designed for the Massage Therapist's skill set and learning needs in mind.

LBU’s Lunch & Learns focus on a specific muscle grouping, and is presented in a 60-90 minute course. Each course is presented in eight bite-sized, 7-10 minute video lessons, and are supported with 3D graphics, video demonstrations, downloadable PDF charts, graphs, notes and quizzes - plus three Body Break videos as a bonus self-care piece!

Every Lunch & Learn course follows the same lesson plan format. This consistency promotes better learning outcomes, reduces anxiety (you know what you're getting) and clearly outlines teaching expectations each time a course is purchased and delivered.
